Classes are taught in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar, (1918-2014) who has spread this ancient art and selflessly shared his lifelong experience throughout the world. This method of self-study systematically and gradually guides the student in the subtle aspects of posture and breath, integrating the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers that make us whole.
All are welcome; no one is too old or stiff to benefit. Classes are small enough to ensure individual attention; various props are used for safety and precision. Private instruction is also available.
